Thank you for your interest in becoming a room sponsor for the Eau Claire Chapter in 2024!  We appreciate you and your presence in our very special community!

This is an easy way to promote your business or organization to our local members for minimal cost! 

This is available to all current members. However, we can not guarantee that you will have a month, but we will confirm with you prior to the month you signed up for, that you are registered for a certain month. If you have questions after registering you may contact Denise Bender at dbenwild@charter.net , but please wait 7 business days after registering to verify if you have a month this year.

To complete this form you will need a logo or headshot so we can promote you or your organization. 

You will also need to do the following: 

— Please register for all meetings as soon as you get confirmation that you are a room sponsor.
— Please pay Monks directly each day at the time you place your food or beverage order, $25. (Monks needs you to pay each time, for their records.) Additionally, if you are not able to attend each meeting please pay for the day in advance at the meeting time you are at to ensure each day is covered.  Keep your receipts as well.
— Reminder, there is no outside food allowed. It's a county health department policy so please purchase food at the restaurant.
— Denise arrives at Monks at about 10:15AM, so if you would like to get in earlier to the venue to set up she is available for any questions.
— We do ask that you are completely set up around 11AM, so you are ready when members start to arrive.
