I appreciate your interest in becoming a room sponsor for the Eau Claire Chapter!  We appreciate you and your presence in our very special community!

~This is an easy way to promote your business or organization to our local members for minimal cost! 

~Besides being able to attend all 4 meetings, you also will have a table to display info about your business outside the meeting room and will have a listing in our monthly newsletter and on our meeting chapter news.

~This is available to all current members. We cannot guarantee that that the month you request will be available. We will work with you to pick a month that is available AND works for you. If you have questions after registering you may contact Denise Bender at dbenwild@charter.net , please wait 7 business days after registering to hear back.

~To complete this form you will need a logo or headshot so we can promote you or your organization. 

~You will also need to do the following: 
— Please register for all meetings as soon as you get confirmation (if available on the website) that you are a room sponsor. Attending all meetings is optional, but that is part of the fun, you get to attend all 4 meetings and see all the members registered for that month.

— Denise will confirm your newsletter & chapter news listing copy the month prior to your sponsoring.
— Please purchase four (4) $20 gift cards from Legacy Coffee to be awarded at each meeting. Your total marketing investment will be $80. You must sponsor all four meetings in the month. Two meetings per day both breakfast & lunch.

— Reminder, there is no outside food allowed. It's a county health department policy so please purchase food at the restaurant.
— Denise arrives at Legacy Coffee at about 8:15AM, so if you would like to get in earlier to the venue to set up.
— We do ask that you are completely set up around 8AM, so you are ready when members start to arrive.
